Cream:
1 cube margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
Add:
1 c milk
1 t vanilla
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
This recipe makes 18 muffins or 12 large muffins. Bake at 425 F for 8-10 minutes. Fill 2/3 full. To make 2 dozen add 2 T margarine, 1/2 c flour, and 1/4 c milk.
