1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3 medium bananas
1 egg
1/3 c oil
1 t vanilla
chopped nuts (optional)
In a blender mix the sugar, bananas, oil and vanilla. Dump the dough into a bowl and add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 375 F for 18-22 minutes.
