Butterscotch Brownies

2 cubes margarine
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups brown sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp. salt

Mix together.  This will fill a double cake pan.  Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
